How can I easily add a toilet to a lower house level?
I can`t go through the expense of expensive plumbing being added and I need this quickly due to a health issue. I thought I had heard of a toilet that was built for this purpose. but I can`t find any information on it. Thank you!

Hi Donna. I'm Cindy. Besides the toilet, you will need a grinder with an ejector pit. Ask the clerk in the plumbing department at your local home improvement store for instructions on installing it. Good luck Donna. Happy Holidays.
That still requires creative plumbing and maybe a platform built. You really need a pro to do this for you.
Maybe a composting toilet or one made for camping that you could empty manually instead of have to reno the plumbing would work
Maybe a dumb thing to mention, but aren't there toilets that pump the waste up and out....especially made for basements with no sewer line in the floor?
composting or incinerating toilets need no plumbing but do need vented. SANI-FLO toilets THIS SOMETHING you could do https://www.upflushtoilet.com/
