How to refresh peel and stick tile in bathroom?

I have peel and stick tile on my bathroom floor. It is starting to wear a little. Is there anyway of refresing it, short of laying new tile?

I have kept peel and stick tiles on my kitchen floor for ten years now (time to change soon) but what I have done consistently, is wash the floor apply a coat of liquid P Wax and I use a long pole and a paint roller to do it; I leave it overnight do the AM thing, swifter the floor and reapply a second coat with the paint roller. It seals the openings between the tiles and works like a charm. This will freshen it up.
