I wish to update my 25 year old bathroom inexpensively and would love ideas of what to do with the outdated wall to wall mirror that is above the entire dual sink vanity area? I would prefer to not remove it.

Framing it is a great solution as it allows the mirror to have more of a decor look than an outdated mirror. we had to do that in our bathroom during our home renovation and it came out great!

I agree! Framing it would give a different look. Wouldn't look so institutional

I have also seen a shallow shelf unit placed in the middle of the vanity between the 2 sinks. That is then finished out with crown molding and then the mirror left on either side is framed out. I love that look.

I have seen some beautiful framing done with tile. I wish I had kept our wall to wall mirror.

not just framing the outside. the latest trend is put some thing in the middle to divide the two sinks, like a cabinet.

a thin and tall closed or open cabinet for storage. also may need to change the light fixture above the sink.
