How can I upgrade an old bathtub wall?

Any idea to upgrade this old cream color bathtub wall without replacing entire wall? I am thinking to paint ....
You could paint over it with glitter epoxy resin? That would be waterproof as well
Rust-oleum makes a kit you can use to paint over this.
