thanks for the great ideas. Small Bathroom is long and narrow. One end has toilet. Other end has sink with a small short window over sink. There is no room for anything else.

To make the room look wider, use either a horizontal laid plank wall (could use barn timber or old pallets or fence palings) or paint or wallpaper in horizontal stripes. Put a box over the toilet cistern hung on the wall as a cupboard (timber box or crate would work) to put extra toilet rolls or if it won't prevent the door from closing hang a basket on the back of the door for the toilet rolls or a pretty bin on the floor if enough room to put loo rolls in. Add a pretty lamp shade (not too big as it will overtake the room) and you are done.
