Light color walls, a mirror,right lighting
- all walls painted same light neutral color, with white ceiling
-largest mirror(s) your budget can afford
-new LED light fixture that projects the light down and outward,( rather than upward on to the ceiling,) with clear, not amber shades
-white, light-diffusing (rather than room darkening) window covering
Keep the decor simple and with larger pieces. A lot of small things all over make a room look cluttered.
Mirrors.
Get rid of any nonessential stuff. If you have room on the wall(s) put up some glass shelving. The glass will be "invisible". I use baskets to keep small stuff in and they look nice on the shelves. Also, paint your walls a light, bright(ish) color. This will help "open" your space. My bathroom is also small and I've found that this helps quite a bit. Good luck.
