Bedroom Closet Reveal

It took some hard work, a lot (a lot... a lot) of changes and me having to rethink my ideas in order for everything to work out. I didn't stress about it, I made it work and in result my small bedroom closet turned out beyond what I imagined.
Here is the before picture, very cluttered and disorganized.
Here is the after picture. Much better than the before!

I love how organized and spacious my top shelf feels. It is no longer cluttered but yet accomplishes its goal of having everything in their place. I am even more in love with my new storage for my flip flops compared to the one that I made. I wasn't intending on having a new storage for it but when I bought this 5 piece GODMORGON box set from Ikea for 12.99 (it's for bathroom storage lol) and only bought it for the large box, I was left with extra storage containers. One look at the rectangle container and I knew it was perfect for my flip flops
I wanted to do something for my belts, I knew I wanted it to be a clear container so I could see the belts. After some deep online shopping research, I finally found the GODMORGAN set that I believe would work nicely and the price wasn't frightening. I didn't need all the extra things but knowing me I will find use for it later such as the flip-flop holder that I mentioned. Oh, I almost forgot mention my very inspirational printable I wrote and designed. If you want your own copy be sure to print one out tomorrow on my blog. I made sure to place it in a nice silver frame.

I bought the BRIMNES four drawer dresser from IKEA on sale and then decided to give the handles a little touch of silver to carry on my with the style of the closet. I will share more about the project later on. On my plan, I wanted shelves on both sides on the dresser however it didn't work out that way so I decided to have the shelves above each other. I used the other space for taller boots and also hide shoes that I don't wear or use often (or use at all lol).
