4 Piece Painted French Provincial Set

I found at a local flea market that was going out of business for a really good deal. I decided Annie Sloan Duck Egg and Old White would look good on her.
I was unable to remove the handles. Not sure what kind of screw they were attached with. It looked like the kind you would remove with an allen wrench but I could not find a size to fit.
So I opted to paint the drawers with the handles on. That was a challenge but it finally came together.
Chair was reupholstered.
I hand painted the drawer pulls with layering colors to give it them a patina look.

Frequently asked questions
Have a question about this project?
Hello,
I have the same tall lingerie French dresser you painted blue and white. I'm considering painting mine and I was wondering if you sanded it first and if not, did the paint go on smoothly with chalk paint? It seems to be a laminate wood.
Thanks,
Pat
Are the original Finch French provincial things for sale?
