Chic Painted Dresser Redo

This dresser was quite a find and I could hardly wait to get my hands on it. This dresser basically lived at someones beach house so the finish was flaky and in bad shape. I wanted to leave as much mahogany showing as possible, but still give it a unique look.
You'll have to forgive the bad lighting this piece was to big for me to move out of the garage for natural lighting outside.
I began by stripping down the top and all the drawers
I used Old white and Duck Egg by Annie Sloan.
I hand drew the design with a white chalk pencil and then painted in my design.
I love the patina on the hardware so I left them as is. I also re-stained the top and drawers to give it a richer browner color to tone down the red in the mahogany.
This picture is the dresser in the store up for sale. The lady who bought this put it in her dining room as a statement piece.
