Curbside Dresser Into an Elegant Dessert Buffet

2 Materials
This trash to treasure makeover using chalk paint turned out fabulous. This is how we turned a curbside dresser into an elegant dessert buffet station.
Here's the dresser in it's before state, being thrown away. The vanity mirror didn't fit in the van, so it was left behind. It was broken anyway.
Using Slate Gray in Pure & Original Paint, I was able t give it two coats of paint, and it looked brilliant.
We used mix & match knobs & painted them with rose gold spray paint for a cohesive look.
Then, we set the top with a variety of goodies and desserts. We used a variety of different cake plates as well as salvage wood pieces for display.
Suggested materials:
  • Pure & Original Slate Gray paint   (Online- https://www.pureoriginalpaint.com/usa/?ref=110)
  • Rose gold spray paint   (Hobby Lobby)

Looks beautiful. Interestingly enough, my granddaughter turned a buffet into a bedroom dresser. Both great examples of thinking out of the box!!!
