I had purchased it at Goodwill for about 30 bucks and I knew I wanted to use it for my daughters
room. I just had to get up the MOJO to do it. Well it finally happened....:) If you remember about 2 years ago I redid my daughters bedroom. I had done a dresser for her then, but as you can imagine like all kids and stuff, she grew out of it....I mean LITERALLY...I couldn't fit her clothes in the 4 drawers her old one had, so we had to do a new dresser.

My daughters finished new dresser to match her room
can you believe this is the same dresser...it was in great shape...just needed a little LOVE
base coated with new orleans purple and then covered with vintage white. Once distressed and waxed and buffed the purple shows through just perfect
I mixed smokey mountain and the purple to give the purple a bit of a gray so that it would go well with my daughters wall color
the Knobs from Hobby lobby were a perfect match.
She loves her new to her dresser and already put up her art work.
