Old Dresser Frame Jewelry Hanger

Wildflowers & Pistols
by Wildflowers & Pistols
I am kicking myself for not getting a before picture of this project!!! I started with just an old, weathered dresser frame. The rest of the dresser was way too weathered and worn to be saved. Actually, when my customer went to move the dresser the frame came right off! And that's when she had a brilliant idea! I totally wish I could claim this super creative idea but this one was all my customers vision!
As I said before, I started with just this dresser frame. It was bare, aged, weathered wood. My customer told me she wanted it made into a jewelry hanger so she could display her necklaces and earrings.
She picked up these super adorable drawer pulls awhile back and wanted me to incorporate them somehow so that she could use them to hang her necklaces from.
I painted the dresser frame using Wildflowers & Pistols Milk Paint in the color 'Lottie' you can purchase the milk paint here ----> www.wildflowersandpistols.com
Then, I simply stapled chicken wire to the back to be used to hang her earrings from.
I used an epoxy super glue to attach the roses and the pulls. I glued the pulls because the backs weren't long enough to go all the way through the frame.
I am OBSESSED with these roses!!
Seriously, aren't they adorable!? Especially against the Wildflowers & Pistols milk paint color, Lottie? It's such a fun coral color!
I'm not sure what I love more.. the roses or the fact that this was made from an old dresser frame! So, so cute!!
