Très Chic Lingerie Chest

I just couldn't bring myself to name this lingerie chest "shabby", so instead of "shabby chic" I've decided on "très chic"! The chest has undergone a couple of transformations over the years, and this is the most recent result.
I purchased the lingerie chest second-hand over 10 years ago for my daughter's room. She needed a small-ish dresser to put in her closet for storing her sweaters. Although the finish was very elegant it didn't go with her style.
At the time I went ahead and spray painted the chest white. I was pleased with the outcome because it didn't have any drip marks, and the finish held up well for over 10 years. But my daughter no longer needed the chest so she gave it back to me to refinish and sell.
I repainted the entire dresser in ASCP Pure White. The drawer fronts are painted in Antoinette Pink, with accent colors of Paris Grey on the edges and hardware.
After I finished painting, I thought it looked a little too sweet, so I went ahead and added distressing throughout so the white peeks through the pink and grey. I was going for a somewhat subtle cascading effect to help balance the white on the top of the chest to the white on the bottom.
I added a lightly aged patina with glaze and dark wax.
My husband wasn't as thrilled as I was with the color scheme (imagine that!), but he thought it was well done and said, "It will probably sell". That is high praise from him! He is very matter of fact and leaves the drama to me. :-)
