How To Turn A Garage Sale Dresser Into A Volkswagen Bus
It's garage sale season and there are treasures to be found. The saying, "One man's trash is another man's treasure" couldn't be more true. I was given this dresser for free that was deemed as "junk", but with some TLC and a creative drive, it is my pleasure to introduce you to BEEP. Come see this fun project in detail!
I'd like to introduce you to BEEP, my latest Art Deco makeover complete with chrome accents and a story to tell.
Amazing that this tall boy was spoken of as being junk. I say, "Bring it on!" and get my makeover groove on.
With my towel-soak method, those two layers of veener came off in one fell swoop like butter off of hot toast.
With some funkified accents, this piece is starting to take shape.
I create my design with cardboard, plastic lids, cardstock...whatever sutis the purpose.
Come meet BEEP and say "Hi!" - just click on the link to see more.
Enjoyed the project?
