This project shows you how I created this boho feel low dresser. If you are looking for a bold statement piece for your home then this paint finish just might be it! This project was really fun to do and got alot of attention during my LIVE VIDEO PROCESS I recorded on Facebook! This piece is now in its new home in Nashville Tennessee in a super awesome cabin bathroom!

Full blog post can be read on my site. https://www.themakersmap.com/goingboho

Before and after of this painted furniture project I did using Dixie Belle Paint. Layered Paint Finish. I used Colonel Mustard, Bunker Hill Blue, Mermaid Tail, Muscadine Wine, and Sea Glass. I also used Dixie Dirt and top coat with Easy Peasy Spray Wax and Best Dang Wax Clear. I used Paint Pixie Brushes, Dixie Belle Brushes and I used sanding sponges to smooth the paint after it was painted. I also used a putty knife to layer the paint and move it around. I used a water bottle to add water to create different looks and drips to the paint as I layered it.

I did not sand before, I only cleaned using sprayway glass cleaner.

Before I painted this piece I used Sprayway Glass Cleaner to get all the crud off! I left the hardware on and DID NOT SAND BEFORE! There is no need to sand when using Dixie Belle paint.

You can see more on my blog on how I created this look! It was actually pretty fun! This look is not has hard as it looks!

The final look! It is pretty amazing and believe it or not, absolutely so easy too! If you are wondering if you can get this look, I promise it is not as hard as it looks. You can do it with my instructions on the blog.

Love it! While it might not be everyone's cup of tea, as an artist and interior designer myself, it has that "artsy" and unique vibe that is very on trend right now...great job!

I am one of those artsy-modern-eclectic-vintage-boho-abstract types. I LOVE it!!! You did a beautiful job.
