Old Headboard Given New Life
Very old and heavy wood headboard purchased from a salvation store.
This is the before, purchased for $12.99.
I created a 'stencil' using my Cricut and sticky contact paper.
I used Annie Sloan pure white and a combination of dark and light wax. Once I removed the stencil, I lightly sanded the entire thing, and added a final coat of light wax to seal it.

When I saw the second photo I thought - ooh no! Then I scrolled down and saw the last photo and thought - yes! yes! YES!!! It looks really good.
