So if you scroll back on my page you’ll see I already painted this little table before - but my mam was fed up of it so I took it off her hands and painted it and added gorgeous wall paper and now she wants it back!!!!

one of my favorite fusion mineral paints

Previously painted in sacred sage!

My “painting” stool fitted perfect to get it off the ground to paint the legs

I always tip the paint into a tuber ware dish to make it easier to roll!

I love these videos

Frog tape for the drawer

Coat number one

Number one complete

Second coat

There is great coverage in fusion mineral paint

The top ready for the new paper!!

How gorgeous are these handles from tk maxx

Here’s the paper my aunt gave me she had leftover

My placemat fitted perfectly into the top of the table so I used it as a template to cut around

Close up of cutting

I put the paper in and shoved it into the table to mark the exact size

Cut around the edges

Using pva glue

I put some all over the top

Fitted in the paper

Using my “painting” stool again to add weight while it dried

Screw on the handle

Position it centre

This is the finished piece

Mam then went to the local glass store and got a piece of glass made for it so she doesn’t have to worry about messing up the paper!!!

Where did you get that table? It's interesting and I haven't seen one like it, thank you.

Really like the paper you used, but preferred the original sage. I see people using the word "Tupperware" for any small to medium sized plastic container. Tupperware is actually a brand name, and real Tupperware is expensive and you would never put your paint in it.
