Hi Trish, your bed is beautiful. Of course, it is always personal preference about colors in the bedroom. I think a true turquoise would be beautiful for a dresser; however I found the link below for you to consider.

you could use a gray color, blue tones, etc. that would go with bed and the other furniture in your room
I would go with Sage green for the dresser and blue greens for accessories. You Bed is absolutely gorgeous! The reason being blues and greens are restful colors.
A nice soft teal.
I would consider a reclaimed wood side table for a rustic vibe.
Hi! Do you like color? What's your favorite? Bring that in via furniture and personal items and you will have a sanctuary!
I would consider matching the bed color.
Keeping in mind that it is easier to purchase bedding in many different colors (and easier to switch bedding colors) compared with furniture in different colors, I would advise to purchase a dresser in a neutral color. A neutral color will 'match' with almost any other non-neutral color in the room, and will not clash with other items in the room the same color.
Also, if you do not like to dust a lot, purchase a dresser in a lighter color, as it will not show dust as readily as a dark dresser will.
This tip is not related to dressers, but as I see that your new bed has fabric upholstery, I would advise to spray the headboard and footboard with Scotchguard spray. This will help to keep the fabric clean and to help it repel stains.
I would choose a dresser in a gray or white-washed finish to match the bed. For decorating, choose a contrasting color for pillows, throws, etc. to add interest. Rust and burgundy are good fall colors, red for the holidays, purple or teal for other times of the year. Have fun with it!
I would go with a pop of color on the dresser, matching the pillow would be great.
I like a light sage green. It would introduce a different color while keeping that color somewhat muted.
By the way your bed is beautiful.
I agree that a pop of color would look nice on the nightstand. Perhaps something in the blue/green shades. Add a matching throw pillow or throw blanket and you'll be good to go.
I would do a light wood dresser. I would add a pretty sign above the bed. Add a big plant for a corner
A oak ,tan, black brown all would go depends on the colors you like
Have you thought about Navy?
I would go with a light color, either light grey or white. Maybe even a mirrored dresser!
Since you asked for opinions, here's mine: Stay away from the dark woods. Your bed, pillows, curtains, and comforter are all in neutrals. This is a look that really works in the room. They are really lovely. The two pieces you have on each side of the bed detract, in my opinion, from the look you are trying to achieve. Try to find a chest for one or both sides and/or a round table for one side--the largest size that your spot will allow. Also, go for taller chests/stands than the typical "night stand" height. This will add an elegance that compliments your bed. The pieces on each side do not have to match, but they should be close to the same height and you can paint them to match which will make them work together without being matchy-matchy. I think a very soft sage green would be lovely. Or you could use a round table and drape a beautiful neutral round tablecloth to the floor. A simple fabric square that ties in with you pillows can be draped over the top and can be easily changed when you change pillows or with the seasons. ( I did this and put a round glass top over the fabric to protect it.)
Then I think your dresser should be in a tone similar to your bed. This will keep everything light, restful, but still with some color. It will be a beautiful room. You have great taste already in your bed and bedding. Just keep going in that same direction.
A medium shade of SAGE GREEN
A navy blue would look nice, your headboard is gorgeous!
