Table Upcycle Using Only Paint

This is a paint project that is based on a table that has been around since my grandparents were newlyweds and is still around today, I believe, because of t paint. This is a collaboration with Dixie Belle Paint. There is also a giveaway affiliated with this project. You can get all of the details on my blog.
This is what the little table looked like before the upcycle. Quite bright. It was time for a more subdued look.
I began the project by painting the legs and skirt in a color called Drop Cloth by The Dixie Belle Paint Company.
I applied two coats for maximum coverage. I did not want the bright yellow peeking through once the project was complete.
I decided to paint the top Hurrican Grey, another Dixie Belle Paint Company color. I love the contrast.
For an added touch, I added a stencil.
I used the Drop Cloth color for the stencil to coordinate with the legs.
Lastly, I added two coats of Dixie Belle Paint satin top coat to protect the finish. And this is the completed project. I think the little table will be around for a few more years because of this update. I realize the little table is not an antique or doesn't have much monetary value. But because I have kept it around all these years since my grandparents first loved it before I was even born, mean so much to me.
