Update an Old Ikea Bed With Fabric

The 2 Seasons
by The 2 Seasons
My husband brought a plain and not so good-looking Ikea headboard into our marriage. It has ended up in the guest room, and I wanted to give it a new look with very little effort, time, or money. I simply covered it with fabric, and it now looks completely different and much better. Read more about it here: http://the2seasons.com/2013/10/01/updating-an-old-ikea-headboard/
The process was so easy, and the bed now looks crisp, clean, and more stylish.
The bed was very plain before I attached the fabric.
I chose a small geometric print and ironed it smoothly before attaching it to the headboard.
I pulled the fabric so that it was nice and taut and then held it in place with duct tape which is holding up very well.
