Lego is not cheap, but the display for the mini-figures can be! See what you can find a Goodwill and make it a display in 2 easy steps.
Look for a display box such as this and buy it, no matter what color it is. You will spray paint it the color you want anyway! ;) I painted mine a shiny metallic silver and love it!
Glue the little lego pieces onto the wood.
And Viola!!!! You have a place for your kiddos to proudly display and FIND their mini-figs!!!
Be sure to visit Taradaramadeit.com for more steps and direction on how to build this display. You are sure to find something amazing to inspire you to DIY something else as well on her site!!!!

Treasuredchaos.com on Jan 14, 2016this is wonderful! We have my son's lined up on his dresser and it seems like we stand them back up ALL the time...I like how they look like unlikely allied forces (ninja turtles and ultra agents teamed up with shag and scooby against the dark knight and his team LOL)...but glueing actual lego pieces to stand them on is so clever!! I'll do that for sure and I'm thinking there are some super special guys that he would like to separate into a display like this!! Thanks!! Great project!
