In today's video, I will show you a simple yet beautiful way to display your earrings or anything else you can think of on this farmhouse style picture frame, wire mesh wall hanging. I LOVE THIS!

I hope you like this video and find some inspiration to go and do something fun in your home too!

Step 1. Pick out a Frame

You will want to pick out a frame. You can use a new one or an old one. The one I am using is actually a frame I used in my very first tutorial.

You can paint the frame or leave it natural. I painted this frame using white chalk paint.

Step 2. Attach Hardware Mesh

After cutting down the hardware mesh to fit your frame you will need to attach the mesh to the frame.

I used hot glue to attach my mesh.

Step 3. Secure Hardware Mesh

You will want to secure the mesh and cover up any ends that may poke someone.

I used 4 skewer sticks, cut off the sharp end, and hot glued it over the edge of the mesh.

Step 4. Attach Hanger

You will need a way to display your frame.

I used a piece of Natural Nautical Rope. I put a large dab of hot glue and pressed the rope down into it.

Step 5. Display Your Piece of Art

I created this as a way to display earrings but it can be used in so many different ways not just for jewelry.

Other items to display:

  • Concert Tickets
  • Sports Tickets
  • Photos of Family or Friends
  • Movie Tickets
  • Just about anything that will fit on the frame

In order to display things like this you will want to pick up a pack of mini clothes pins to attach them to the wire mesh.
