When I was cleaning rooms in a lodge at a local guest ranch they taught me to fold the sheet in half and tuck one fitted corner into the other, fold again and again be sure all fitted corners are tucked into each other, then it will fold evenly like all sheets. Hope this helps

place fingers in one corner then add other three one on top of the other. Place on bed and fold the sides to form square. Fold over to size you need.

i found a video from Martha Stewart on this some time back and have been using her method. pretty much you just line up the corners and fold at the corners vs. folding at the ends. It leaves bulges but it's easy to smooth out with your hands as you continue to fold.

If you get a good answer, please post it for all the others who would really like an answer to this question !! Personally, I put the corners inside each other, lay the sheet out as best you can on a flat surface, then fold it three times length ways , then fold it (with the corners first trying to spread out those folded corners) four times. It will not be as neat as a flat sheet, but it is the best I've been able to come up with ! I usually put the folded fitted sheets inside the folded flat sheet with pillow cases before storing them in the linen closet. That way, everything is together when I go to use them. Sometimes I find it easier to take the sheets off, wash and dry them and just put them back on the beds! Cheating, probably, but saves me frustration trying to get a good fold on those fitted sheets!

fold the sheet in half and tuck the corners into each other. And fold it again and tuck all corners together
