How about using a bungee chord across the bottom of the box spring, from side to side.Helpful Reply -

Duct tape the two twin frames together in several place. Put a hole through the box springs and tie them together on each end. Use a king size mattress cover and flat sheet for the mattresses.Helpful Reply -

Do you mean the mattresses, bed frames or both? A piece of plywood cut to size of bed with industrial strength velcro (the peel and stick adhesive kind), attached to each bed or mattress on the sides of each where they are pushed together should work. If you need additional pictures or an example, you might find it on Pinterest or let me know I can find one. Blessings!Helpful Reply -
