Sounds like a great idea! I have not done it myself, but I bet it can be done. Some vertical blinds have "channels" where you just slide your desired fabric or paper in, then it would just be a matter of cutting, sliding in and punching a hole at the top where it clicks in on the rail. I have some like that and if you want some photos, I will take them and post for you.
Honestly ,I think replacing the blinds would be an easier way out. Wallpapering in the long run will be a terrible cleaning issue.
Contact paper.
take a vertical blind , measure contact paper for length then lay the vertical blind closest to you-stick and flip .
My vertical blinds are plastic...so if yours are plastic, I think you could paint them......I took off the valance and intend to glue narrow 3\4 inch colored ribbon on the header to give them some color.
Thanks for the comments. I guess I should have added 2 caveats: I hate curtains, and I am trying not to replace the blinds, although I am not a fan of them, either.
