I have decided to redo my step in Closet because I need extra storage

Have an old house. The closets have baseboards that are quite high and thick. I placed a board across to have 2 levels for shoes at the bottom. The shelves go around the three walls over the rod. Your closet is quite deep like mine. I added old fashioned hooks for extra hanging behind the rod and in front of it on both sides. Also put those plastic deals for shoes on the back of the door.

Put in high shelves up on the wall all the way around and you can keep seasonal clothes and things that aren't used very often up their. I had some in a walk in closet and they came in very handy.
