This was made for a wedding as a request for the Bride. They plan on displaying it at their home for collectibles.
Apple wood limb with apple slab shelves. Dado cuts into the limb to fit the slabs. Base is a slab of walnut. Finished with a food save butcher block finish.

Downed, dried trees are best. All dado cuts were made with a small electric chain saw. After you cut to fit each shelf, there will still be some shrinkage. Final assembly may need shims to level the shelves.
