Hey Hometalkers! Amber Oliver here with another great craft for your home! If you like this project, I hope you'll stop by my blog!

Whether you're updating your kitchen or just wanting to swap out one set of door pulls, I have a great idea for you! You can save a bit of money by making your own!

SUPPLIES NEEDED

  • 4 oz of ETI EasyCast Clear Casting Epoxy
  • Door Pull Molds
  • Polycolor Resin Powder
  • Mixing Cups and Stir Sticks

Start by mixing EQUAL parts of the Hardener and the Resin. Stir for two minutes (be sure to scrape the bottoms and sides) then pour from the first cup into a second and mix with a new stir stick for another minute.

After it's mixed, pour the resin in two separate cups.

To add color, mix in a small amount of acrylic paint or polycolor resin powder like I did. You can then pour into the handle molds

After about 15 minutes pop any bubbles that have come to the surface with a heat gun or kitchen torch. Allow the resin to cure for 24 – 72 hours (climate dependent), then you can remove from the mold!

I hope this project inspires you to create your own custom DIY door pulls! Let your creativity run wild and be sure to tag us if you share your creations online!

Why did you pour the resin into 2 separate cups? Love this idea by the way they look great
