Yes they do, but selection may be limited. Here are a couple links for you. Another option would be to contact local custom furniture or cabinet makers and have them turn them for you.

Lowe's has pine legs, go take a look at theirs. You may have to go to a special store that deals in only such things, but they are not cheap! I bought a table with very chunky legs at Nebraska Furniture years ago. I still love it. You could buy one much cheaper than make it yourself. https://www.tablelegs.com
