if you have a chair w/ a broken seat you can go to your local thrift store and buy either a bunch of belts,or ties if you use the ties,tie tightly underneath,and if you use the belts which is what i prefer buckle under the seat and tightly weave it in an under over fashion(making new wholes where needed.easy and inexpensive,but the payoff is adorable!!!!!
