Hi Laurie. First off thank you so much for your beautiful wishes and I too hope you have a wonderful, love filled and happy festive season I'm hoping this video will help you create that table and save some space too. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kFOUynfZK3I
Try googling IKEA, or Wayfair, even Walmart, for foldaway dining sets. Or wall mount fold out tables. Here’s a couple more ideas. The first one you could roll around and even use just half for a desk or cutting prep area, and it hides away chairs. You could also paint parts or all of it. The second maybe you could repurpose aside dresser into this cool piece of furniture.
Hi Laurie! Not having the room or space is very difficult, so in that case you do have to think of multiple uses that your furniture can do. I would check Wayfair, Amazon on-line and see what they have for you. There are many different ideas out there. I am listing some as well.

Do you have room for a large picture on the wall? My idea is to have a drop down square table top what when folded up looks like a large piece of artwork. Just needs hinges at the bottom of the 'picture' and a hook at the top to hold it closed when not in use. And you might want to add more hinges to the artwork's 'frame's top so it folds down to double as legs to hold the end of the table up that's not attached to the wall. The artwork picture itself would be on the tabletop underside when being used as a table. Does this make sense to you? I don't have a way to post a drawing of what I have in mind here.
You can purchase the fold down legs at hour local hardware store. You will need a set of two. Take a sheet of 1/2 to 3/4 inch plywood, good one side, , the thicker the better for strength and no warping and cut it to size. Round off the corners if you want and then put on two or three coats of varnish or varathane, sanding in between coats to give you a nice smooth finish. Attach the table top to the legs frame with screws, This will fold out of the way when not in use and could be stored along a wall or behind something else to save room. Merry Christmas to you and your family and a safe and happy New Year.
Hello, Merry Christmas and Happy New year to you too!!! Here is a small drop leaf you can get at Wayfair
