the one in my base ment was built with half inch plywood, finished smooth for top. 4 inch square fence post cut for legs at ht as you desire. Rember to include ht of mattress when making the legs.
The easiest and cheapest (free), is to use pallets. Just screw them together to make the size you want. Sand and stain or paint whatever color you want. Good luck!
