How to build a 3 door garbage/recycle cupboard?

I would like to build a three door cupboard with slopping out doors for my kitchen.

You can use existing cabinet doors with an attached floor and hinges on the bottom. I actually prefer to have my recycle bins in the garage near my laundry room door (about 15' from kitchen).

You need to customize the dimensions to fit your trash bins. We turned our bins with the narrow side to the front so the cabinet wouldn't be so wide. Measure the diagonal tilted height of the bin to figure out the height of the opening. You don't need a support board running across the front top of the openings. The trash/recycling will catch on it when you open a very full bin. Just rest the top of the cabinet on the sides of the cabinet and plywood front to back bin dividers. This one is a lot like ours except we overlapped the top on sides and front and trimmed the edges with quarter round.
