How to build a free-standing frame for an outdoor bed swing?
I keep seeing the bed swings that people are hanging on their porches or in trees. I want one but I don’t have a tree or porch!! I’m leaning more towards the circle type bed so my frame must have a sturdy top! Someone please help me please!

The base has to be wide enough and sturdy enough to provide balance and a anchoring so it does not topple over. You could do something along the lines and angles of a kid's swing set. Notice that there are horizonta braces holding the side legs together!
