If your talking about a gardening workbench...then I đŸ’–đŸ˜˜đŸ’‹ the one my husband made me. We had remodeled the kitchen and he took the double stainless steel sink and built a frame waist high for me. The ran a water hose to its cold water. It’s built outside close to the deck. i love it!!
Here are bunches of ideas. I helped my Dad build one about 30 years ago. He's gone now, but I'll always have the workbench.

My work bench was left in the garage of house no.1 by the previous owner...it’s built of 2 by 4s. Instructables site may give you a few ideas, wiki how is another build it site. Both give very clear instructions.
