Google In-wall bathroom hamper. There are many available designs shown, including many for sale from dealers. In one 1950's house we lived in there was an in-the-wall metal hamper which fit between the wall studs and protruded slightly from the wall, with a lift-up lid and a door to open to get out the dirty laundry. It held a good amount of laundry without taking up any floor space.

Because of the way a "tilt out" works... you may lose access to some of the space in the back..... how about making a roll out platform that will hold one or more hampers.... it can be as easy as purchasing a plant dolly (wood platform with casters that you sit large plant pots on... to move them around) I use a wicker hamper and used zip ties to attach the plant dolly to the bottom of the hamper
