Hi Hailey!
Here is the link for Pulaski furniture website. You can click on resources at the top of the page and then click on contact to give them all the information and numbers you have and I'm sure they'll be able to at least give you the name of the set you own. It actually looks like part of their Birkhaven collection only in an antique white. Hope this helps!

Here is a picture of the bed assembled. I cannot find a phone number or Email address for Pulaski Furniture, only a physical address. I have contacted Horchow which is where I figured my grandmother bought the bed from and they could not match the model number to anything. They even went so far as to look through all of my grandmother‘s purchase history and couldn’t find anything. I continue to scower the internet nightly with no luck. Fingers crossed this post finds the right person, haha.
Nice bed! I would take those two numbers off the back and contact Pulaski for the name of the style. Then you can search for out of stock pieces. You could also buy a couple pieces similar to your set, and have a faux painter make them fit with your bed.
There are several distributors for this furniture in my community . If you go to one of those stores in your community, they may have a catalog and be able to help you. They would have the address.
