I think you could paint the cabinets to look like the back of the chairs you have pictured. Although your throne chairs won't have arms.
stencil or paint the throne back on the cabinet and then use the ottoman as the seat and you could paint the ottoman as well using fabric paint.

you can find ideas for thrones also on pinterest
Painting the backs is a simple idea if the ottomans aren't ever moved. If the ottomans are moved you have a weird pattern painted on the cabinets. I would get some plywood and cut out the throne backs. Upholster them or just paint them and attach them to the ottomans.
Do you sit on these ottomans? If not used very much you can get some foam board and stencil a pattern on the foam and cut. Then use some matting and fabric of your choice and tuft.
The ottomans r always in that position n r used daily. My hubby wonāt part w them n I want some way to incorporate them into our small living room. Ty
I think that would be a cool idea. Go with either purple or deep red for royalty!
Here's a nice one, love the curtains around it, maybe you could do a version of this:

Hi,
Place your chair in front of wall and draw outline of throne back onto it and then cut and stick foam on board to template, Upholster and fix to wall, or stick fabric to wall and add outside trim.
