Sounds like you are going to have to have a unit made. Thats a big TV.Houzz may be able to guide you on that one.

I'd look at vintage nine drawer dressers. They are usually wide enough to set your TV on and you can remove some of the drawers for the cable box if you don't want them to set on the top. http://www.hometalk.com/search/posts?filter=dresser%20turned%20TV%20stand

Also keep in mind your style. I think thats where you need to focus on. Not every one can comment on a style.

Buy or build 6 ft long drop leaf dining table. This is a great height for watching TV. Run a shelf between the cross bars of the legs....good to put your dvr, and other components on. I happened to use one of my 1 ft by 6 ft drop leaves as the shelf. Then outward facing drop leaf can hide the components when they are not being used. Wish I knes how to upload a photo. This makes a great starting point for a gallery wall.

For that large of a TV I would hang on wall I think. Maybe you could use one oh those pieces of recycled cabinets but that TV is pretty big tone sitting. Secure it someway.

Find a long narrow old coffee table at a flea market or garage sale. Try to find one that has a bottom shelf and is at least 18" tall, something mediteranean or period. Elevate it a little with some 4x4 wood cubes or a plinth of 1x6s. Paint it or faux finish it the color of your choice and voila, you have an elegant stand. Refinished and reconfigured old hifi stereo cabinets work well too.

Try to find a sofa table. Then paint it or not. I have an ugly one, but when it is covered, no one notices.
