I have a climbing rose bush that I need a trellise for, no trees in the area to prop it on!
How about a trellis with a fast growing vines? Plant some trees? Honestly, they are busy with their own lives and not peeking into your yard. Build a pergola or patio cover and hang curtains?
Only thing you can do is grow a tall hedge or plant a row of trees that will grow tall. A laurel hedge or a row of arbor vitae can do the job.

Hybrid poplar can grow 30 to 40 feet in three years, topping out between 50 and 70 feet. Available on Amazon; $39 per 5-foot tree.
Lombardy poplar grow very high fairly quickly. The downsides are invasive roots and dropping branches. Shade sails are decorative and provide privacy from above so they may be a good choice.
