Can above ground pool material be used to build a pond??
Pond liners can be very expensive. I have seen above ground pool liners and covers that are affordable. My ground had a lot of clay so I was thinking that a pool liner could be used to create my pond as the clay should continue to hold water if the liner fails.

I would think that would work. I would probably add a layer of heavy landscape fabric under the liner to prevent rocks and roots from poking through.
