Hi Lucy, yes you can and a quick and easy one would be to make a hypertufa bowl and place a solar fountain inside. Something similar to this one - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kMK0xbWDro8
Hypertufa is very similar to concrete except instead of mixing in sand, pebbles, gravel etc. with cement you're mixing in sphagnum moss, sand, perlite, vermiculite. So any DIY tutorial to make a concrete fountain will work for hypertufa too.

Hi Lucy. I think putting a fountain in your hypertufa pot would work great. I recommend using a solar fountain for this project. You can buy one on line for approx $20. Just be sure to buy one from a company here in the US. That way you won't have to wait forever for shipment. Good luck Lucy. Stay well.
