Way cool! How does your family do it in Italy? Are they using propane or natural gas? For your home here, you need to run gas and/or electric to the location you want the stove. A plumber and electrician can do this work for you. I would also shop around carefully as most home use stoves may not be the best choice for your project. I would shop high end bbq and grill shops whre they have appliances that will suit your needs and expectations.
If you're planning on using and indoor stove outside, make sure you have large roof over it. Personally I would build a brick or stone form and place an outdoor cooker in it fitting it into a custom opening in the top.
Or you could just order one that is from Italy. I don't know where you live but you have to take that into account. I don't mean to be rude, but why would you want to spend money on this when you have a stove inside your home? Is it due to your weather? At any rate I'd love to come to one of your get togethers!
This is not a DIY project. Shop for a stove for an outdoor kitchen. A plumber will need to connect any gas lines. An electrician will connect a 220 or 110 connection and make sure it is grounded. If you live in a city, you will probably need permits and inspections. About anything can be accomplished that you are willing to pay for. Best wishes 😇
Wow, I didn't know that was a concept! So cool!
if you are talking gas, you can have it installed just like a furnace. they need to run a line.. Its quite common in new construction..
