Hello Lili,
You will need base and top in timber or MDF + your copper pipes copper pipe collars + screws or nails. Mark the base and top where you want the pipes to go ( either all around the perimeter o r in a design). Fix on cia screws or nails the collars.
Then push in the tubes and line up with the top. Use a Rubber hammer to secure them inplace from the top of the stand. That's it!
