You might look into DIY patio covers with the light weight insulated interlocking panels.
If i remember correctly they can be ordered up to 22 foot lengths.
I did my patio cover several years ago but they are easy to work with , light weight and very strong.
Look around and see if they will vive you a price for all blue prints and such for your application.
Try several dealers and see what you think.
