Home Depot sells a lot of decorative brick and block. Make a circle out of them and sit the fire bowl on topl
Hi Leslie have you looked into concrete or steel bird baths? Some of them might just work for setting a fire bowl in.
Many I've seen sit on a concrete or stone base. Maybe some decorative stones/blocks may work.
Hello,
Draw a sketch of the rough design. The Bowl will need to sit on the side timbers about 5/5" below rim. Make Four Legs and then Four side timbers . Fit together with Metal fixing plates for strength. If you are any good at Blacksmithing, you could make it from metal bars. Otherwise Centre maybe buy from eBay or Garden Centre, Amazon etc.
Could also make a ring of bricks and balance it on them?
Hubby used some interlocking masonary blocks from Willamette Graystone to make our fire pit. Don't see what these wouldn't work for a base also. They are about 8 inches in height and weight about 70 lbs. each so once in place you wouldn't have to worry about them shifting.
You could visit a hardsacpe store and pick out the appropriate blocks. I like Johnavallance's idea of sketching out your project so you and the sales rep can pick out what you'd like that would work well.
Hi Leslie. Perhaps a tomato cage??? Turn it upside down and put the bowl into one of the round support braces. Clip off the parts not in use with wire cutters. How's that for outside the box? Good luck Leslie.
Large breeze blocks may work.
You could use fire bricks for a platform.
How about a concrete planter, like urn style? And you could secure the bowl on top.

Concrete bowl with wood in it is heavy and will crush a tomato cage.
I'd buy curved concrete flower bed or tree well bricks.
