How about an expanding trellis or a roll of wire fence or chicken wire hooked to uprights.
or you could use Windbreaks - used on the beach, they rollup too......
You don't say how big your fence needs to be, but they make large collapsible play-yard fences for dogs that might work. There are some pretty big ones available. A roll out plastic mesh fencing might be something to consider. After you’re finished with you so you could be rolled up and stored.

Hi! We used to use a roll of mesh fencing and metal supports for ours. In the fall, we just cut the zip ties, rolled it up, and pulled up the stakes for the next year. Good luck and stay safe!
