How can I build a two story greenhouse from recycled materials?

I live on the side of a hill, close to the top, have a bunch of unusable tires, about 12 new construction windows, that were never used of a project, and would like to build a 2 story greenhouse with the windows on sunny side. Recycling rain water, etc.

Greenhouses need to have light coming through all 4 sides and the roof; this keeps the plants growing straight {NOT bending to the windows} and makes their stems strong and healthy. If you only have light coming from one side, you will need to continually rotate the plants to get the to be straight and they will have a tendency to be spindly and weak.
