Will take a bit of construction. Do you want to DIY or hire out? Building codes will need to be followed and permits will need to be pulled. If you hire a licensed contractor, they will pull for you.
If they are raised, how deep are the footings? This is a tremendous amount of weight you are adding. When enclosed, you will need formal inspection. And, an electrician will need to install outlets. This is not a DYI wiring. This will also affect your taxes as it changes the sq ft for tax purposes. Your insurance agent will also need to be informed.
You will need to have a licensed electrician inspect this addition. It is code. If not, I may not be insurable. You could be ordered to remove the addition. And when you sell, it might not pass inspection. FYI. Cover your assets.
