we made ours from two wooden saw horses and a repurposed piece of counter the neighbors were getting rid of. Just put a big garbage can under the sink cut out for garbage or what we did was get a bin at walmart that fits in the hole. We mix our potting soil in the bin, pot the plants and just put the lid on over the leftovers. When the seasons over, we take the c clamps off and put it all in the garage till spring. Also, we attached a clamp that holds the water hose handy.
Use 2x4 or even 4x4's for legs and 1x6 or larger for the table top and make it whatever length and width you think you need. You could also make a hutch for the top to keep your hand tools and pots and other small things on and close. Anything larger you could put a shelf to the back just off the floor that you make big enough to put potting soil bags, etc. on, but make it of a size to not interfere with your feet when you are working at your potting table.
I repurposed an old work bench. Stored items on the bottom shelf. Pots and buckets on top. Tools and equipment on a pegboard. Have fun!
Sorry! It was left behind in NY when I came to California
